I am having a bit of difficulty, maybe someone would be able to lend a hand. So, I have been keeping up to date with Brainslayer's build for the r7000 and i noticed an option for Tor is there. I've noticed that something somewhere is not working. I do have the option checked and when going to check.torproject.org it shows that tor is not running. Is there some way to get Tor to work other than a few mouse clicks that I am apparantly missing? Thanks.

Which option, there should be more than one. Can you post a screenshot of just the browser window, showing the options you have?

I have tested it on other models and it does work. Did you reboot the router after it was enabled?

Much of that guide does not really apply here because the guide was created before the GUI was made. No manual editing should be necessary just to enable Tor.

If it is not too much trouble, can you try a wired (ethernet) connection?

Yours worked by just clicking the transparent proxy option? Mine basically breaks the router when i do that. As far as I can tell, it breaks all tcp services. I can still ping and use dns but no port 80, 21, 22, 23 access.

Am i missing something?

I'd like to bring this topic back. My router became unaccessible upon enabling transparent proxy. Everything is unaccessible including telnet and my reset button is disabled. Is there any way to recover it? Thanks!
