One band with VPN and the other open

I did a search but nothing was found. I want to know if the router is dual band, I can somehow get one wifi running openvpn and another open.

I already own an aiport that's dualband and is the one that uses a ppoe connection and I'm looking for a second dd wrt router.

I hope the question is clear.

No one can help with whether your router is dual band, as you didn't mention the model. It doesn't really matter though, as splitting bands that way would limit single band clients from connecting to one of the networks. It can be done with virtual access points, even if it's single band. Take what is needed from here:

Then add your VAP subnet to the policy based routing box on the openvpn setup page.
