A few days ago, we had a bad lightning storm, and the WAN port on my Archer C9 stopped working. I flashed DD-WRT onto it, but now I can't figure out how to set a LAN port to be my second WAN port. I have tried doing it both from telnet and with the GUI, but it doesn't seem to work. I am using build r28598.
Just to understand you correctly, you want to use another LAN port on your Archer C9 as WAN port instead of the obviously brocken one, right? ... and not a second WAN port in order to enable a dual WAN port configuration!
Actually I didn't test it on my Archer C9 but usually you have just to change the VLAN setting where VLAN2 has to be assigned to the port of your choice.
Have a look on my attached screenshot!
