Como medir el consumo de ancho de banda mensual

Otra vez!
ahora quisiera saber si tengo alguna manera de ir midiendo el consumo de ancho de banda acumulado del mes.

es que TELECENTRO me limita a un cierto consumo mensual sino me bajan la velocidad
