Hi...

I have devices connected via WAN and devices connected via LAN. I am trying to reach a LAN computer from a WAN device. But I am unable to even ping the LAN Computer.

My router is a TP-LINK WR841ND flashed with DR WRT.

Any suggestion?

You have supply some more information. Is the WAN Port connected to the Internet or a Private Network?

Is the router Operating in Gateway or Router Mode?

There are two things that prevent you from connecting WAN->LAN

1. Firewall
2. NAT

Thanks for answering and here is the info you ask...

The WAN port is connected to a switch in a private network and configurated as a gateway.

My network is: Modem ISP connected to a server (WAN network adapter), the server (LAN adapter) connected to a switch, router TP-LINK connected to the same switch and the laptop connected via WiFi to the TP-LINK router.

Sorry for my English, I'm from Venezuela and haven't found the solution

You have several options.

1. Configure your dd-wrt router as an ap. Conect a lan port to the server. Everything will be on the same sub-net.

2. Set your dd-wrt router in Router mode. Use a different private network on all sub-nets. Make sure all routers have a route to all networks.

3. Set a port forward to transverse the nat. Use the ip of the wan port for access.
