OpenVPN - status says connected,devices showing unprotected?

Hi all,

Hi all,

I have a VPN (PIA) set up and running through OpenVPN on my WR1043ND (running DD-WRT v3.0-r29002).

After connecting, it appears to work properly - the status page says connected successfully and checking on www.dnsleaktest.com shows my IP address as the VPN server.

However, after a while it seems to stop working - my IP address is shows as BT again Sad . It still shows as connected in the status page of OpenVPN, but the traffic obviously isn't routing through the VPN.

Is there a way to make OpenVPN use the VPN or nothing at all, a bit like a VPN kill switch?
