Dear Forum members,

When i tryed to flash dd-wrt it wouldn't accept the installation.
After I visit google I have read that asus have blocked third party software in the latest update.
So i have followed a tutorial but it failed.
In the tutorial i have to flash the CFE but after reboot it wouldn't boot anymore.
So i have hooked the serial connection to my raspberry pi and i only see: "Decompressing..." Nothing more!
So i have tryed to use Jtag but i'm come not
farther then:
CPU Chip ID: 11111111111111...

I don't know what i need to do at this point.

can someone help me?

Kind Regards,

Bradley

Sure, I can help. Get a new router. Jtag won't work on it.

I have followed this tutorial:
http://www.snbforums.com/threads/how-to-sprint-ac-rt66u-to-stock-asus-firmware.25261/
By this command i get stuck:
mtd-write -i new_cfe.bin -d pmon

Like I said jtag doesn't support this router. Jtag has kind of died.
