WRT610Nv1 sending magic packets

I have a WRT610Nv1 with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (03/16/12) vpnkong - build 18730M installed. Every single time the power fluctuates in my home (whether the router is connected to the main lines or to my APC Back-UPS Pro BR1500GI), it sends out a magic packet to my desktop PC and the PC naturally turns on.

Now of course, I can just disable waking up from a magic packet in my BIOS but I don't want to do that as I'm intentionally waking this computer from sleep with a magic packet.

So the real issue here is my WRT610Nv1. Can anyone help me with this please?
