You don't say what you're using for un/pw.
make sure you have num lock off and cap lock off
try
root/admin
If that isn't the case...get a Serial Cable...break into the CFE as its booting up and issue an "mtd erase nvram" command....then reboot
the router should then be set to root/admin

Thank you for suggest!
I will try with serial cable, but I must first make a serial cable. I see info on internet.
Problem is, the router have a strong password, which was confirm a man, who was working in our company. He was died in accident and no one have a his paswords. We use this router as switch with dd-wrt.
May be a best solution buy new router?
There is information in the wiki on serial recovery. A serial cable can be obtained for a couple of dollars. _________________ SIG:

Another thought just came to me...instead of completely wiping out the nvram with the mtd command...just change the username and password parameters with the "nvram set" command using the serial cable....here are the encrypted un/pw for root/admin on a dd-wrt router.
Code:
nvram set http_username=bJ/GddyoJuiU2
nvram set http_passwd=bJz7PcC1rCRJQ
nvram commit
reboot
This way you won't loose the entire configuration of the router.
