Linksys Router als Switch / WLAN langsam?

Hallo,

ich habe meinen alten WRT54GL als Switch in meinem Netzwerk eingerichtet:

Mein Router / Kabelmodem ist ein Thompson TWG870UG welcher ein eigenes WLAN aufzieht und an diesem Thompson habe ich eben meinen WRT54GL als Switch angeschlossen und auch dort ein eigenes WLAN aufgezogen.

Einrichtung hat grundsätzlich funktioniert und es klappt - aber die WLAN-Leistung ist sehr schwach.

Anbei die Werte:
LAN mit Thompson: 76 Mbps Down / 8 Mbps Up
WLAN vom Thompson 54 / 8
LAN mit Linksys (über Thompson): 76 / 8
WLAN vom Linksys: 15 / 8

Als Firmware habe ich: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/12/10) mini

Woran kann diese schlechte WLAN-Leistung beim Linksys liegen - das ist doch zuwenig, oder?

Habe alle Einstellungen auf dem Wireless-Menü angehängt.
