|
Hi All,
I've been successfully using DDWRT on my DIR-600 for a few years now without issue and its been doing everything I want reliably : port forwards, DDNS update, NAT loopback
Recently I've changed over from ADSL to VDSL and my ISP has given me a new modem.
The new modem (Sagemcom Fast 5355) doesn't support my DDNS provider and doesn't support NAT loopback.
Ideally I'd just bridge the modem and be done with it, but if I bridge the new modem I lose my phone line (VOIP). The ISP does not share VOIP details.
There is no work around for this.
So far I have the modem running unbridged, the DIR600 WAN port connected to the modem LAN port, and the DIR600 WAN IP is set as DMZ on the modem.
The port forwards and DDNS updating are working well, while the NAT loopback works but is using the WAN IP of the DIR600, whereas I need it to use the WAN IP of the Modem ( ISP allocated IP ).
Is there an easy solution to this or do I need to decide between VOIP and NAT Loopback ?
Cheers. |
