This build thread is for reporting successes and problem with loading this experimental test build. This is important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware and SPECIFIC build. Do not ask questions about your specific router or how to configure it in this thread; create your own thread to discuss any specific problems you have or need resolved. Please also do not respond to such questions. This thread is to report info, not to seek it. Posts that do not add to understanding this build will be deleted. Make sure you know how to flash properly and the risk before using this build. It is important to adhere to these requirements, to keep this thread from becoming impossibly long and useless. If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build. _________________ THERE ARE NO STRANGERS HERE; ONLY FRIENDS YOU HAVEN'T YET MET.

*All wireless devices are showing signal quality at 100%. I did try and reboot, but signal quality didn't change. I brought my smartphone above 2 floors, turned wireless on/off and rechecked dd-wrt status, but still showed 100%. Previous 31221 firmware was showing correct signal quality.
Thank You Devs for your continued hard work!
Looking forward to the next release
UPDATE 2/8/2017:
================
I had to restore firmware back to 31221. When I manually disconnected from my 5ghz network on 31277, I wasn't able to reconnect (5ghz SSID would sometimes appear/disappear in windows 10). Back on 31221 and wireless signal quality and 5ghz disconnect/reconnect and SSID is shown in Win10 & working again.
UPDATE 2/11/2017
================
I gave 31277 another shot. This time I manually set 2.4ghz to channel 6 (HT20) instead of auto, and 5ghz to channel 40(HT40/lower) instead of auto.
Previously when set to auto, it sometimes picked an illegal channel 14(2.4ghz) or 32(5ghz), which isn't valid in USA.
Couple notes:
=============
-Lan performance is very good
-Wireless performance is very good when valid channels are picked manually instead of auto for both 2.4 and 5ghz. No latency issues that I noticed (tried CS:GO over wireless with no latency issues that I can tell), also tried extended ping-t command to the router for a few minutes, nothing unusual came up.
-For whatever reason, my 5ghz wireless client doesn't show a mac address in the main "sysinfo" wireless status. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting, rebooting router but no change.
-There's a "ghost" mac address of xx:xx:xx:xx:00:00, which might be my 5ghz wireless client. (it's the only one bound to router port "ba0" with HT40. However the TX/RX rates are 6:0, and signal column is "0", but signal quality shows 100%
-the last column "signal quality" values seems higher in 31277 than normal (miscalculation?). Many are 100%, farther clients are 88%-90%. If I restore the previous build 31221,the values seem more realistic.
-WAN monthly bandwidth seems to be working. I compared before/after monthly total/daily total after downloading a large 200mb test file, and the values had changed.
Thank you again devs!, looking forward to next release
