Hi all,
after many time looking for a solution, I require your help because, as a noob in network, I can't understand where my problem comes from.

1st config
(Modem Freebox)----(Router R7000 DDWRT)----(PC Win7)
Router is in Gateway mode. No problem to use an PTPP vpn connexion from my PC behind the router.

2nd config
(Modem Freebox)----(NAS Synology)
No problem to use an PTPP vpn connexion from my NAS Synology, directly connected to the modem.

3rd config
(Modem Freebox)----(Router R7000 DDWRT)----(NAS Synology)
Impossible to use an PTPP vpn connexion from my NAS Synology when it is behind the router. I have the following message from NAS :
"The port used for vpn service is configured on the network devices (such as firewalls, NAT, or routers) between your Diskstation and the vpn server"

Why do I need to open port for NAS and not for PC ?
I tried to open PPTP port 1723 through Forwarding configuration, but it does not change anything. Is it the right way to configure the routeur ?

Thanks by advance if you can help me.

I have news ! I succeded in connecting my NAS to the VPN server.

When you talked about "passthrough feature", I checked if it was enable. And I decided to disable it. Then, tadaaaaa ! NAS is connected to the VPN Server without port fowarding.

Does this mean all my ports are opened ?

Port forwarding is only relevant when remotely accessing your network services over the WAN (i.e., inbound requests).

Hooo, yes ! Thank you for this point.

I don't know what to say and think about this "passthrough" feature. It seems to be better if DD WRT does not manage it.

By the way, thank you very much for your help. If you need me to run more tests with my config, just ask.
