Status: Bricked and downgraded.
Reset: Yes
Errors: After upgrade, router won't boot and have no access to configuration UI. Power light shows yellow and flashing. Internet light shows green and flashing.Have to go back to 31571.Opened a ticket: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5777

Status: !!Bricked!!
Reset: Yes after upgrade, tried but did not work
Errors: Bricked, stuck in reboot loop. Tried recovery holding down power button until orange, uploading factory-to-ddwrt from earlier version, also factory image direct from Dlink, no luck. Will need to get pogo USB/TTL someday to try recovery using "mtd erase Linux"/tftp method from this link:

Doesn't go back to ugrade.cgi, had to recall over IP.
Settings restored from stored file.
Runs fine!

SSH runs in both cases w/o any problems.
Free Memory seems to be more than before.
