stick to united states for reg domain for now, many countries such as haiti (for highest tx power) are broken & will cap ath9k routers to a much lower tx power.

not a thing changed since r31690..all critical issues remain.

Router: DIR-615 i1
Status: Good
Reset: Reset to defaults with flash procedure; erased NVRAM before and after flash
Errors: None

Router: TL-WDR3600 v. 1.5
Status: Good
Reset: Reset to defaults with flash procedure; erased NVRAM before and after flash
Notes: 5 GHz LED not illuminating, but radio is working. r31690 was much more stable than r31571 on this router, as there were a few random crashes/reboots on r31571. Waiting to see how r31722 performs but in general, the random crashing and rebooting issue on the TL-WDR3600 appears to be just about fixed.

Router: Buffalo WBMR-HP-G300H
Status: BAD

After flashing the firmware, the power led blinks 4s on, 1s off.
What does it mean? Do I have a doorstop now?
I'm trying to ping it, but it says destination unreachable / network unavailable (I'm translating here; not sure of the exact words)
systemd-networkd says lost carrier / gained carrier etc
The led continues to blink like that even during a 30/30/30
What can I do now? I'm using Arch Linux

EDIT: keeping the wps button pressed for a while I captured some arp packets from the router from 192.168.11.1. It is asking for firmware.ram via tftp
What firmware do I have to send it? Ddwrt uImage or the original buffalo firmware?

Buffalo routers are pretty hard to truly brick. If you attempted to update via web interface it might be in firmware recovery mode ( which it sounds like from your later statement ) there is a wiki on here that explains in good detail how to go about it. 2 things you will find handy if doing a tftp firmware flash from a windows computer are pumpkin tftp and a spare switch between the router and your windows computer.

Router Model: D-Link DIR-615-E3
Kernel Version: Linux 3.10.105 #30284
Status: (updated 3/28/2017) Errors found after few more days testing
Reset:No
Errors: Initially working great in standard Router/AP mode with mix of desktops and wireless. Recently discovered issue with certain wireless devices getting kicked out and not reconnecting, or needing manual reconnect. Syslog indicates excessive missing acks.

CPU Info:
CPU Model
Atheros AR7240 ver 1 rev 1.2 (0x00c2)
CPU Cores 1
CPU Clock 400 MHz

Memory Info:

Total Available

29592 kB / 32768 kB

Free
39%
11544 kB / 29592 kB

Space Usage
NVRAM
15 KB / 64 KB

Something I noticed from last build to this build, when flashing via Telnet (unless I'm going crazy Shocked ), during wget operation, it shows nice ascii animation until % downloaded reaches 100. Also writing firmware via telnet shows written blocks differently. Traffic monthly monitoring & bandwidth monitoring graphs also working. Thank You Devs!

UPDATE: 3/28/2016
I have recently noticed that certain wireless devices are getting kicked out and not reconnecting, or needed manual reconnect and ipconfig/renew. AT first I thought my Dlink 615-E3 was failing, so I swapped out with WR842NDv1,but same issue happens

sample syslog from my wr842ndv1 unit, likely same error experienced from dlink 615E3

Router: TP-Link TL-WDR4900 V1.3
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r31722 std (03/21/17)
Kernel: Linux 4.4.55 #278 Tue Mar 21 10:43:09 CET 2017 pp
Status: OK, but...
Reset: Yes
Errors: LAN-Port #4 not working?

I was on r30631 since last year, I really had trouble with some releases last year and had a bad impression of the recent versions...

This one seems to be ok but I am really confused, why LAN-Port #4 is not working. LED lids when I connect, but receive nothing from the router with this port.

Seems weird - never had any issue with this port before the update.
Is it possible that a bug in r31722 affects this one port?

try stock fw, if its still dead its a failing switch & its not the rarest thing to happen on a router.

Router TPLINK WR1043ND V2
Firmware DD-WRT v3.0-r31722 std (03/21/17)
Kernel Version Linux 3.18.48 #2571 Tue Mar 21 05:51:04 CET 2017 mips

Status: Not Okay
Reset: yes
Errors: yes
Saving or Applying DDNS settings breaks GUI, and still does not save or apply.
Remote logging not working.

Update: Downgraded to r31277 applied settings then upgraded to r31722 again without reset.
Everything is working now but still saving or applying settings on DDNS page breaks GUI. So I can't make any changes to DDNS.
