Remote logging on WNDR4000 AP will not save enable log settings under security setting.
Router Model: Netgear WNDR4000
Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r31690 mega (03/17/17)
Kernel Version: Linux 3.10.105 #14138 Fri Mar 17 11:43:53 CET 2017 mips
AP: mode
DHCP: off
System Log in Services
Syslogd: enable
Klogd: enable

Note: Log will work if i set the router up as a gateway.
Logging also works on my Netgear WNDR4500 on Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r31690 giga (03/17/17) as gateway currently to Ubuntu 16.04 running syslog-ng.
So my question is will logging not work in AP mode or is this some type of bug?
Edit:
Ok i found the problem, apparently logging does not work if SPI is not enabled
Since this is not a Broadcom specific question could an admin move to "General Questions" section thanks.
