L2TP WAN Client and SoftEther VPN Server

I have SoftEther VPN Server on my DDWRT WRT1900AC. I want to connect another DDWRT router as L2TP client. I tried everything but I couldn't make connection. I need help. SoftEtherVPN setup as Server not Bridge. Is it the problem?
