Hello guys,

I've got an issue with one of my TP-LINK router, sometimes wireless devices refuses to connect to it (ip configuration failure).

Let me explain my current network:
Main router - TP-LINK 1043 v2
DD-WRT v24-sp2 (06/23/14) std - build 24461
IP: 192.168.1.1

Access point - TP-LINK 1043 v1
DD-WRT v24SP2- (03/25/13) std - build 21061
IP:192.168.1.2
Dns and gateway:192.168.1.1
Connection type: disabled, DNS server:disabled

Both routers are linked together through Lan ports.
I've used this link to configure them: https://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Wireless_Access_Point

Both of them have same WiFi network name/password/security protocol.

I just don't know why sometimes when it should connect to access point it doesn't want to connect...

Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Can you try with updated DDWRT firmware?
