How do I restore WRT1900AC V2 to Factory Firmware?

Like the subject says, I would like to restore to factory firmware.

Can I download the firmware file from linksys and use the web UI to do a restore?

This is a Marvell router, I will move it to the correct forum. This has been asked and answered hundreds of times. Search there.
