I have a problem with nvram cleanup or factory reset i uploaded the latest dd-wrt versions to Asus RT-N12 d1 "dd-wrt.v24-32753_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega_RT-N12B1.trx" i set the network name i set ip to 192.168.255.255 then i do not have Communication with the router or after ssh or telenet or www reset 30/30/30 does not work the reset button does not change the upload of another software eg tomato by asus frimware resoration results in a soft run back to dd-wrt even if the nvram clean up Tomato causes a return to the ddwrt or ip 192.168.255.255 settings and the network name set up. How can I reset the settings in dd-wrt?
Your post make NO sense....
You might try to clarify what you are doing.
and
192.168.255.255 is a broadcast IP and CANNOT be used for the routers IP.
I suggest you use the reset button then contact the router at 192.168.1.1
also know that most ASUS routers w/dd-wrt you need to use the WPS button rather than the actual reset button
after a reset ---
if it has tomato firmware:
default UID = admin or you can use root
PW = admin
after a reset if it has dd-wrt on it you will be taken to a page to set username & password

Sorry my english is bad i use google translate i tried reset with wps button but it does not give anything router does reset settings all the time the same ip 192.168.255.255 and the wifi hotspot name.
It seems that this is because of the router ip I set to 192.168.255.255 and now I can not delete these settings any way the forum does not work
