how do i remove. i created it via gui and removed from gui the device will not connect

Chain grp_1 (1 references)
target prot opt source destination
DROP 0 -- anywhere anywhere MAC 00:1D:C9:D4:51:43
DROP 0 -- anywhere anywhere MAC 00:1D:C9:D4:51:43

in PuTTY (or equivalent)

iptables -F grp_1

That'll flush all rules from the chain
