2 routers with 192.168.1.1 can't access dd-wrt

one router is wifi and connects to my computer using a usb adapter.
router 2 (also wireless) has dd-wrt and connects to computer by Ethernet port.
192.168.1.1 takes me to wifi router, if I disconnect usb adapter I get page can not be displayed. In both IE and Firefox, Windows 7
I have no access to wifi router.
What I'm trying to do is give 3 IP cameras there own wifi network.
I need to change the dd-wrt router's IP address
