I searched around for this answer and was about to give up and roll back to stock netgear code, but I managed to work out how to enable airprint off the DD-WRT v3.0-r32170M kongac (06/11/17) code.
I don't have anything fancy just the basics, DHCP on the WAN interface, DHCP on LAN and Wireless setup.
The only setup that was causing this not to work was
Setup > Wireless > Optimize Multicast Traffic
This needed to be set to enabled. Once I set it to enabled on my WLAN's all the printers showed up. Not sure if this will be everyone's experience, because I saw a lot about installing multicast repeaters, some stuff about bridging not bridging. Hopefully this helps someone in the future. |
