Unable to cast Netflix to Chromecast

I have a D-Link DIR-880L running DD-WRTv24 sp2.

I have been consistently unable to cast Netflix to a first-gen Chromecast.

Netflix does not cast from any device (laptop, multiple iOS devices).

All other sites (e.g. YouTube) connect normally to the Chromecast.

Netflix tech support have offered nothing useful. Any suggestions?
