Router Model: Netgear R7500v2
Status: Flashed OK
Reset: Reset NVRAM, manually changed settings back
Errors:
ath10k_pci 0001:01:00.0: Direct firmware load for ath10k/pre-cal-pci-0001:01:00.0.bin failed with error -2
ath10k_pci 0001:01:00.0: failed to fetch board data for bus=pci,vendor=168c,device=0040,subsystem-vendor=168c,subsystem-device=0002 from ath10k/QCA99X0/hw2.0/board-2.bin
qcom-dwc3-ssphy 110f8830.phy: cannot get HSIO settings from device node, using default values
bridge: automatic filtering via arp/ip/ip6tables has been deprecated. Update your scripts to load br_netfilter
voltage drivers not compiled into kernel for phy (100f8830.phy 110f8830.phy 110f8800.phy 110f8800.phy) --> vddcx , v3p3 , v1p8
USB and Sata no longer automount.
Still have to force it to run the .rc_startup after mount, then I have to go into Services/USB and hit apply (after every boot)
I've had this error since 33080 build and I've seen a few people post error tickets and they get marked as invalid.
Still has USB problems, no automount, seems like a "timing" issue, as rmmod and insmod xhci-hcd corrects issue, could be a boot script issue.

DD-WRT v3.0-r33342 std (09/09/17)
Linux 3.18.70 #177 SMP PREEMPT Fri Sep 8 01:17:06 CEST 2017 armv7l
Tis working ok ...
Might have had a httpd crash couple times but didn't stay down over few seconds.
Probably I done something it didn't like... I'm really just goofin around anyways.
Running on a WAP (WAN disabled) with ovpn server + ovpn client.
Port 1, 2, 5, ath0 on main network just WAP & switch.
Port 3, 4, ath1 on restricted network via br1.
Entire br1 DHCP range is set in PBR so all clients connected to it go thru the tunnel...
.... but for a couple with static leases set outside of br1 DHCP range.
2GB FAT32 flash dr setup on SAMBA share all good and yea she mounts just fine after reboot.
Had no real problems --- all I'm doing seems working good on the EA8500
Haven't done much with the wireless or QOS but r33338-09/08/17 (AFAICT'bout same as this) has
been running couple days on the main router without any problems.

How do you get these errors displayed? Does syslogd have to be enabled for this to work?
I am asking this since the dmesg command does not produce any output at all here.

none of those are actual "errors" to bother with anyway..our dmesg is always filled with crap spam that looks like a problem but isnt. those messages only been there forever. if he looked a little below he'd see the ath10k firmware gets loaded still (if it didnt ur radios wouldnt work) _________________ LATEST FIRMWARE(S)

syslogs and klogd
set up your ssh and log into your router then goto
/tmp/var/log
and there should be a temporary file called 'messages'
you can cat it or tail it or grep it, there is a dozen ways to read it.
I usually type in "cat /var/tmp/log/messages | less"
because less is more and more is less and strange penguins have odd humor.
