How the heck do I get out of LEDE back to the stock partition? I found the commands to see which partition I am using but where do I run them? So I can reboot and flash back to DD-WRT. _________________ Linksys WRT-1900AC V2

You have to use a bit of software called Putty which is free and log into the router via SSH, login Name is Root and then the password you used when you first setup LEDE
Determine which partition you are on from command line (SSH).
fw_printenv boot_part
example:
root@lede:~# fw_printenv boot_part
boot_part=1
To boot to partition 2 run this command. Partiton 1 or Partition 2
fw_setenv boot_part 2
reboot _________________ | Netgear Nighthawk X4S R7800 | Linksys WRT1900ACS V1 | Huawei Echolife HG612 3B |

For OpenWRT in boot part 2, you can telnet/ssh into the router and use these commands to go reboot Linksys stock in boot part 1, or to reboot whatever you have in boot part 1:

Everyone thank you so much for the help. I have never used putty before and wasn't sure how to but the video the Eyrex is great too. Thank you to everyone.
Update: That worked perfectly I have never used that before that is so cool.

Welcome to the 3rd party firmware fun. I personally like LEDE, but it is not for everybody. DD-WRT has everything you would normally want/need.

You might want to read thru the install sticky and the links in my sig to get a better understanding of the WRT's.
Why do you like it better? _________________ Linksys WRT-1900AC V2

Why do you like it better?
First let me say that Openwrt/LEDE is probably not for everyone. I have experience with Linux and also Cisco routers so I probably understand the environment better then some folks do. I am not afraid to edit one of the configuration files, for example, with the hated vi editor. I am also comfortable with installing extra packages if wanted/needed. Openwrt/LEDE comes without a WEB UI in its basic download form so if you want to use a WEB UI that is the first install. I have run Openwrt without the WEB UI by just editing the configuration files. These are reasons why davidc502's builds are popular as he adds the normal features folks would want or need including the WEB UI.
That said, in my case, I find that wireless performance is better. 5GHz is faster then dd-wrt in my environment. I also prefer the tree style UI, first introduced to me by Shibby Tomato, versus the older style tabbed UI. Openwrt/LEDE comes without a lot of extras you may never want or need. Using extra memory and other resources, etc. Openwrt/LEDE allows for adding what extra features you want or need. Guess it comes down to speed and configure ability that I really like.

I am still on Gargoyle for my 1900AC V2
Would guess that it runs fine for you. The wireless drivers for the 1900ac have been good for awhile now. I did try the latest on my wrt3200, but the drivers were still the buggy ones. They pull off of Openwrt which has not had much love of late. Most of the devs joined LEDE. _________________ Unifi Security Gateway:Unifi Firmware Netgear r7800:Voxel Firmware Modem:Netgear CM500V voice and Data. I've used LEDE on and off a few times and really like it but some of the things i find easy to do with DD-WRT like mounting hard drives which are NTFS a complete nightmare with LEDE and to this day i've never got them to work so always come back to DD-WRT _________________ | Netgear Nighthawk X4S R7800 | Linksys WRT1900ACS V1 | Huawei Echolife HG612 3B |

I can get them mounted if I chose to on LEDE, I just chose not to mount drives on my wrt32000.
My philosophy is that routers are for client network connections, provide firewall, routing and Internet connectivity and not working as a NAS. For NAS I have a separate box made to do that and do not have any issues accessing like some folks keep having with DD-WRT. _________________ Unifi Security Gateway:Unifi Firmware Netgear r7800:Voxel Firmware Modem:Netgear CM500V voice and Data.
