Hello everyone, been awhile!
Anyways, I have an issue. I am on a county supplied WISP network that provides me with a class C private IP address which means I am double NATted.
Before you ask, they will NOT give me a public IP, but have been able to supply me with a static private IP that does not get ACL'd or Firewalled.
Due to this, I cannot remotely access my network as there is nothing to point to.
Dynamic DNS will not work, obviously.
So, for those of you who have either had this issue before, or know of a new feature in DD-WRT (such as an IPSEC VPN server, or a cloud based solution) I politely ask that I be given some opinions here.
Would a Synology NAS be something that could incorporate a feature or solution to my problem? Or could DD-WRT help me out by linking routers over the internet?
Thanks in advance,

You should have posted this in the Advanced Networking Forum.
The WISP must forward a port to your router from the public IP. If that is not possible, the only solution is to configure your router as a VPN Client that connects to a VPN provider that will give you a public ip.
