Hi guys, I just need an information please.
I've been using this router since a lot of time and everything has always been perfect.
Now, in some weeks, my ISP is gonna upgrade my type of connection --> Gigabit

here we read:

Quote:
Whilst the router is fast, potential users should be aware that IPv4 NAT routing throughput tops out at 450Mbit on latest Netgear stock firmware, and at 360Mbit on DD-WRT with default configuration (no overclocking), or 425Mbit with a 20% overclock.

so... I'm not gonna be able to exploit my bandwidth entirely, am I?

And we're talking about cable and WiFi both, am I right?

If that's the case, which is the last fully supported Netgear router in these days?

Perhaps the 8500 as I can se in Kong's repository?

Thanks guys Very Happy

edit: I'm reading about CTF... I didn't know that...

edit2: well...

Latest test with SFE on R7000 I did yesterday shows 900/900mbps:-)

Also was able to reproduce the hang issue and BrainSlayer imidiately had a clue and probably fixed it now with latest commits. Will soon upload new builds.

Please, if anyone just has something to add as "latest news", do it.

I'd appreciate a lot anyway Very Happy

Yea, I am sure every single user knows about it and about that particular quote.
Sorry to have waisted some space in the forum.
