I too am an owner of the Belkin N1 Vision (version 1) doorstop, and have little firmware compiling experience but I have a bit of hardware experience in flashing (serial & jtag), and so just wanted to firstly offer my support in the DD-WRT mission, and secondly to offer my doorstop, oops... I mean, to offer my F5D8232 V1 for firmware testing if anyone has a firmware that needs testing for endurance/throughput/stability and of course wireless!
If you still want to push on with this kit that is!
I think it would be great to have DD-WRT running on this box even without the LCD working (although that could be very useful of course?), that could be scripted later by the bod doing the firmware flashing maybe!
I use DD-WRT on two D-Link DIR-615s and on one Netgear 54G router (all supplied by my ISP pre-crippled with their own-version firmwares of course!), I have had one of the DIR-615s running my IP camera network 24x7 as stable as rock for just under a year now, it would be brill to be able to use my N1 like that one day, please, please.......?

Does anyone have a working ported firmware with the gigabit lan driver installed? I just cant seen to get lan working!
There must be hundreds of us with these N1 visions who need dd-wrt running on it to make it more stable, I dont even need wireless working (although that shouldnt be too hard because it uses a standard chipset) Anyone got any info or advice please, please...?
