You could probably save that to firewall under Administration -> Commands which should be reloaded every time you click save or apply. Or at least that is what someone seemed to keep purveying. I have save in startup, so far it seems good and having clicking apply did not break the feature. I guess as long as it works unlikely I making any further changes.
