I am using dnsmasq for dhcp.
For unknown reasons, I am no longer able to add static leases through the GUI. When I enter a static lease in the GUI, and then click "Save" or "Apply Settings", the info I just entered simply disappears.
I know that it is possible to add static leases by entering the info in the /tmp/dnsmasq.conf file, but I'm not sure how to do it. I've seen a number of different methods described.
Might someone point me to the best way to add static leases through the command shell? I have ten that I'd like to configure.
Much appreciated in advance. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT1900ACSv2

Yes - that I know.
However, even after deleting empty lines, saving, and re-entering info for a static lease, the info won't save. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT1900ACSv2

Yes - I'm aware.
I've been hesitant to upgrade because the connectivity issues with Apple stuff.
Perhaps it's time I took the plunge, and do a clean install without saving prior settings.
