For some reason the router froze and would boot. I had Kong's AC5300 build on it from January (I think) and it was fine for a bit. After this nothing would boot, not BS builds, kong, merlin or OEM. I finally got the case open and used the serial to wipe the linux and nvram areas, then was able to tftp (not web) the OEM firmware on it. Merlin took a few versions to get to work, seems the latest works but not ones from last fall. I opened a bug with the boot log here: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/6245#ticket

The pcid before the hang seems like it might be the wifi driver but don't know how to get more info from it.
