I have v24 sp1

WRT54GL v1.1

I can forward other ports, but i cannot get port 80 to forward. Even if i set myself as DMZ i cannot access port 80 from remote locations. Is there a setting that is blocking this? i cant seem to find it...

Please help. i am trying to run a simple web server using ddns and a domain...

Your ISP might be blocking port 80 because of that reason. Try changing your web server port to 81 or 8080

Yup, it's your ISP.

I'm not sure about whatever DNS server you have, but I've tried to modify my Domain Address to redirect to the port (thegreendonkey.com = thegreendonkey.com:8080) and I never WAS able to get it to work properly,I always either got redirected wrong, or got errors.

My DNS service was Zoneedit.

That was a while back when I was living at a friends house, during that time, I transferred my site over to www.freehostia.com their servers are extremely slow(I get a Time out half the time I visit my site) BUT they give you full MySQL annd PHP with a CPanel to boot.

I've now moved to my new place so I'm at work getting my server back up.

who is your ddns provider? you could just make a redirect for the port number. I use No-IP and i know you can do that with it.

example,

example.com redirects to example.com:81

Y create an account in DynDns.Org, named machado.go.dyndns.org

I have a PC with XAMPP runnig a simple php application, when I was with the original firmware it works fine, but after I flash dd-wrt it didn't work anymore.

The PC have a Dinamic IP, but I'm sure it dosen't change.

If I test open ports from the internet, I have no ports opened !?!?!

You need to reset the router to defaults after upgrade. Then it will work so long as you configure it right.

Sorry that I didn't tell.
I'm running DD-WRT from 4 month ago, since that I never check the application.

I firt use "Port Range Fordwarding" and the I change to "Port Forwarding".

This is my last DDNS Status from today:
Fri Sep 19 09:24:22 2008: I:INADYN: Alias 'maxxxdo.go.dyndns.org' to IP '190.xxx.xxx.142' updated successfully.

I test the domain with WhatsMyIp.org and port 80 is closed or timeout.

Can I see how the router open the port?
Or any log ??
Best Regards
