Today I upgraded to DD-WRT v24-sp2 09/17/08 std
(SVN revision 10395M NEWD Eko) but when I start transfering files from wireles to a wired computer (or the other way around) I'm getting these messages:

Code:
<10>Sep 17 20:32:26 kernel: Dead loop on virtual device br0, fix it urgently!

The I downgraded to DD-WRT v24-sp1 07/27/08 std
(SVN revision 10011) and the forward problem is resolved but the dead loop messages keep popping up. What could this be? I do have an extra vlan but that one isn't bridged to br0.

Code:
root@WRT_CYBERDE:~# brctl show
bridge name     bridge id               STP enabled     interfaces
br0             8000.0014bfb23a1e       yes             vlan0
                                                        eth1
                                                        tap0
br1             8000.0014bfb23a1e       yes             vlan2

Anyone with the same problems?

After having to recover from a bad flash (through webgui Sad) I finally flashed it to the last build.

But, the problem isn't resolved. I suggest someone else have a look at this too. I'm using wallwatcher for real time monitoring.

Just to bump this thread again, this error still persists with the 11/14/2008 build. See attached log.

This is a problem with everyone's firmware working with this router. I haven't heard of one person using this router who isn't getting this error in their syslog.
