HELP! Multicast Filtering? How?

Hi all

after searching a lot I found this topic which corresponds exactly to what I need.
I declared the rules in the firewall and the multicast stopped flooding my WL immediatly.
But after a while (1 to 2 minutes) it comes back. Same after a reboot

any idea ?
