Hi,
this is just for fun, micro-plus with ssh. Of course a lot of other stuff must had been left out. So please don't complain that something is not inside.

Yes, load only on routers that can load normal micro-plus (i.e. with 128k cfe).

Eko

Edit: new 10654 files uploaded, pppoe should work now. If you like it, let me know - donations welcomed Smile

Letf out:
- L2TP
- PPTP
- Heartbeat
- most hotspot stuff

Awesome, Any chance of a list that was left out.

Now if only there was a micro + with usb support so I can make use of the usb port I solderd on my asus 520gc. Doesnt matter if almost everything was left out, Would just have to run it off a usb stick or something.

Eko left telnet in?!

Kill the telnet daemon Eko! Twisted Evil Maybe even client too.

It was just the other day someone asked for a micro-ssh build! Thanks Cool

Yes i did enabled the service. But PPPoE left out is bad news for me. Until we'll have ssh and PPPoE i won't be able to use this version. Keep up the good work

Also reset to defaults before and after flash because you may need it to get the ssh variables initialized in nvram. Worked for me Smile

Eko, if you have time, can you list the features left out? Off the top of your head, if you must.

If this baby has basic features (PPPoE + wireless) you just allowed me to field 2 WRT54v5s (which were used to beta test the CFE compression routine Razz ) as opposed to keeping them around as dust-gatherers.

Y-ee-s! That's it.
Thank you, Eko.
Just what I wanted for my Asus WL-520gC working as wireless access point.

BTW, only one question:
Are the ssh_host keys the same for all?
I don't understand when they were generated.

Are they? They shouldn't be.

You can test the key fingerprint by connecting with PuTTY. The key fingerprint should change each time you reset the router to defaults and reenable/ reconnect to the sshd service.

If they don't, you just found a pretty serious vulnerability.
