Hi all,

I have one routerstation up and running on ddwrt really quite good. The technical specification of this device reads, that the lan ports are "dual". Does this mean that they work only as one let us say teamed port or they are separate ethernet ports. I am asking this because the SECOND lan port behaves a bit strange. It only starts flashing if the first lan port is pluged but neither gives out IPs to the client nor provides any access to the router itself. The first lan port works as expected and absolutelly everything is OK there.
The firmware version running is: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (04/15/09) std - build 11942

I guess I might have skipped the answer somewhere in the forum but I had to ask :)

It seems to be exacly this problem. Thank you very much for the fast reply. Poor me, dealing with unit replacement would be really a tough job If I somehow find the faulty series I will publish the list in this thread.
