I ran the command that is posted on the wiki for the WRT54GS v5 on my v6 and the router seems to be working fine, I just don't know if I did it right.
I went to the administration page and then to the commands tab and copied the code from the wiki and ran the command. Since I didn't see any changes I saved it to the startupa and just removed the reboot at the end.
How can I check If I indeed activated the 16MB of Ram?
Is this the right proceduro or am I doing something wrong.
Thanks in advance.

status->router shows the free ram. additionally you dont need to save it in the startup.

login with telnet. type in the commands
run nvram commit and reboot
