Downloads: HTTPS, FTP

CLI Flash: 'cd /tmp' then 'wget {file URL}' (http only) or 'curl -O {file URL}' (http, https, ftp). 'write {file} linux' then 'reboot'.

WireGuard 1.0.20211208/Tools: Changelog, Guides, Client, Server, Advanced, PBR, KS, tips & scripts. Thanks to BS & egc!

Notes:
Experimental for 8MB+ K2.x devices: broadcom_K3X_mipsel32r1. • MIPS @ kernel 4.4. • TP-Link Archer C8 v2, v3 support.
Privoxy, iperf3, CAKE, SmartDNS, curl, ProFTPD, BusyBox, OpenSSL, FreeRADIUS, dnsmasq, Unbound, SoftEther, Squid, zstd, mac80211, zfs, Asterisk, Tor, PHP
In-kernel Samba (ksmbd 3.4.4++) guest behavior now selectable. • WSD updateANTFS/NTFS3 kernel mode driver++++
CVE-2020-26147, CVE-2020-24586, CVE-2020-24587 & CVE-2020-24588 fragattack fixed. • Broadcom swconfig supported.
• 'Assign WAN port to Switch' gone, set Connection Type Disabled. • WebUI MAC Filtering (47184-47205). • Sputnik removed.
• 'Ignore WAN DNS' also ignores WAN domain. • Milkfish removed.
New DD-WRT inspired themes conversion by the-joker & BrainSlayer, micro builds excluded, see UI theme test info thread.
• 401 bad request: Ethernet WebUI -> Wireless -> Basic Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Wireless GUI Access Enable, Save
Add static, delete DHCP lease from clients table in Status -> LAN. Upgrades to forwarding delete, NAT / QoS tabs and more.
Fixes, enhancements, features: DTAG, Tagging, Switch Config, Dynamic WDS, Stations, Site Survey, RadioName, 802.11r etc.

Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
WebUI: Clear history or use a portable. Temporary cache bypass: Ctrl+F5, Cmd+Shift+R or new private window/incognito.
DNScrypt 1.95 can still be used in WebUI but v2 (not compatible) requires Golang and thus Entware. See Trac ticket #6246.
WDS does not work on Broadcom ARM devices (only MIPS<->MIPS) & bridge modes on k4.4 devices may sometimes work
in some configurations for certain builds but are not supported by the bcmdhd driver. Try client or repeater modes, but YMMV.
VAPs not working at boot are fixed, both unbridged (r40634) and bridged (r47822). Please test, remove startup commands.
If startup scripts do not work from USB add delay (wait script), sleep 25 or try Administration -> Commands -> Save USB.
Broadcom ARM devices if 5 GHz channels are missing via Telnet/SSH: 'nvram set brcm_unlock=1' 'nvram commit' 'reboot'.
Please report findings with steps needed to reproduce, configuration, clients, output, logs and important information below!

Important:
Detail issues & relevant configs, logs: syslog klog 'dmesg' 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages' nvram set console_debug=1, serial.
• Firewall NAT WAN: 'iptables -vnL' 'iptables -t nat -vnL' 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' & /tmp/.ipt. Misc: strace tcpdump wireshark.
• Gremlins: reset & configure manually, not restore a backup. Reboot. Search Trac & discuss in forum before opening tickets.
• Include operating & wireless modes (e.g. Gateway, Router, AP, CB, WDS, Mesh) and applicable configurations to reproduce.

Router Model: Linksys WRT54GS v1.1

Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r48305 mini (02/09/22)
(File dd-wrt.v24_mini_wrt54gs.bin)
Kernel Version: Linux 2.4.37 #67951 Wed Feb 9 01:24:22 +07 2022 mips

Upgraded from: DD-WRT v3.0-r47665 mini
Reset: No not this time

Because of past bricking experience when upgrading this router, I always flash the micro_generic first before flashing the mini.

But anyway, as usual, the Router Model detection seems to be correctly detected as Linksys "WRT54G/GL/GS"

However, sorry to bring up this old bug, very likely existed a long time ago. The Port LED doesn't seem to be correct.

LAN port 1 is ALWAYS ON and UNUSABLE. I have googled and can't seem to find anyone reporting this.

I tried to run swconfig, but it is not included in this firmware?

Then I followed these 2 links
https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/LED_Scripts#Linksys_WRT54G
https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Broadcom_detection#We_finally_installed_DD-WRT_but_no_button.2Fled_working

The only thing I can come up with is GPIO 7 DMZ will turn on if DISABLE.
GPIO 6 will cause a FULL FACTORY RESET
GPIO 1 seems to be Power (when disabled it will flash)

The rest I have no idea.

Router: ASUS RT-AC3100
Firmware: Experimental asus_rt-ac3100-firmware.trx
WiFi Configuration: 2.4GHz VHT40 G,N; 5GHz VHT80 N,AC; WPA2-PSK
Wireguard site-site client;uPNP;SFE
No DNS, No DHCP, not 192.168.1.1 LAN address
Static IPv4 WAN address

Had to revert to r48141. LEDs were same as last build (indicative of WiFi not working and WAN not linking); GUI inoperative (access only via Ethernet LAN port); was able to get access to the ASUS "miniWeb" to upload r48141 with extended reset. Then uploaded backup config to restore operation.

Summary: router inoperable after upgrade and GUI not accessible (using Opera and Firefox). Router recoverable using ASUS long reset to emergency upload prior firmware.

Am I looking at having to revert back off of the Experimental builds? Too bad if so as performance has been excellent through build 48141.
