hi
is possible to do a dir300 b1 a repeater?
and seen people what to get them, but can not understand the instructions.
if someone can lend a hand would be appreciated.
I also have a wrt54g and repeater mode is luxury, but do not understand.
thanks
this means that you can not?
but if the official wiki puts it in dir300b1 / / dir600b1 repeater does not work,
but if you put that repeater bridge! because it is?
may be a new version or is not forever?
and the partner referred to if it works with WPA, not WEP?

I have a DIR300-B1 with revision 13972.Repeater Mode works (DIR300/600B1) for me...but this must be done manually.Just go to Wireless Settings and set the router to Repeater Mode, then in the SSID type the name of the network exactly and then the channel number.( if the network is broadcasting in channel 1, we must set that number ).I must say that Repeater Bridge works in the same way.Just forget Site Survey...doesn't work with that way.I tried to Add a Virtual SSId but it didn't worked, i don't know if it's bug in this firmware or if it needs aditional configuration.
Best Regards, from Portugal
