My power supply is okay, i even test with another one.
He refuse to give TTL signals at the JI3 connector.
Is there any possebility to track down JTAG connections of this Broadcom BCM4705KPBG chip?
I have changed many TSOP housings in the past with my SMT-Repair-Remake-Hot-Air station and the pins looks just fine after de-soldering and just sometimes they need cleanings with some flux thats all.
The biggest problem is to program the flash chip, my programmer does almost 7000 chips and geuss what, he can't do this one
Gona ask the programmer manufacturer for supporting this flash chip K8D6316UBM-P107.
Again all information is welcome!!! _________________ Regards,

@No1Nija --- Did you able to get inot CFE ??
I'm having the the same problem.
I've brought USB-Serial cable and make connection between WRT600N
I've try putty, HyperTerminal and Minicom to get in to CFE. by hit Ctrl+C when power up wrt600n, but got no respond all, it always stops at : "see above"( robo_setup: faile to enable robo switch )....
I can't type anything into putty, or hypertml.
I have had my WRT600N v1.1 brick a number of times and just use the trick mentioned earlier without a Jtag. I have accidently uploaded K26 builds, had router reset loop and this has always worked for me.
Download known working LINKSYS firmware for your router. Rename the bin file to works.bin and move it to your desktop
Connect your PC to the broken Linksys router via an Ethernet cable
Navigate to Start->Control Panel->Network Connections and double click the Local Area Connection icon. Click the Properties button and double click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) from the list
Click the option to Use the following IP address: and set it up as follows and then click Ok:
IP address: 192.168.1.10
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1
Next, navigate to Start->Run and type cmd and click Ok
Repeat step 4. You should now have two command windows open
From the first command window type cd Desktop and press enter. Next, type 'PING -t 192.168.1.1' but DO NOT PRESS enter yet
From the Second command windows type cd Desktop and press enter. Next, type 'tftp -i 192.168.1.1 PUT works.bin' but DO NOT PRESS enter yet...
Unplug your router then plug it in.
Right when you plug in your router, press enter from the first command window and wait for the router to respond to your ping then immediately press enter from the second command window. (when I plug in my router, takes a few pings before my router responds to the pings then my router will stop responding to pings if i take too long, so you have a small window of opportunity to upload the firmware.)
It should indicate if you uploaded the firmware to your router. Wait for the router before you reset it so it can build the firmware you uploaded. It may take a few minutes so leave it alone. If it works correctly you should see the wifi light(s) and other lights come on correctly. You should be able to log into the Linksys admin panel
Additional notes: Sometimes it takes multiple tries before you get the router to accept the upload. When i try to use the DD-WRT builds to recover it doesnt seem to work for me this way so i usually use a stock linksys firmware.
I know this has been mentioned before but i sorta modified it a little for how i do it and hope it works.

any one? please help.
Be faster. Have putty running and hit ctrl-c repeatedly as soon as you plug in the router. _________________ I fix "shortcuts". If you don't have time to read thoroughly, I don't have time to re-type what you missed.
