It was an "expensed" item from work...I replaced the lens with an unscratched one on a 3Million dollar tool....they didn't want it back...but its like having a 25X jewelers loupe...and it cost me nothing.

If its any consolation...my solder iron was only $5.

Mine was a $9 Radio Shack 40 Watt soldering pencil. I have drooled over some of those $100 to $300 soldering/rework stations.

either when I post to this thread, or read a new post.. I lmao... I still win.. My 11 dollar soldering pen beats red's 5 dollar pen and your (Mordak) 9 dollar pen..
Sad thing is, Mine is also a 40 watt pen from RS.. So that means I got pegged for an extra 2 bucks.. Twisted Evil
