Hello,

I have a few issues with my new setup that I am testing

Modem - D-link DI-604 - Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H

I am connecting a modem to DI-604 and a cable to Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H so I can have wireless and get a better position for the wireless router 6-8 meters from modem and DI-604 and one pc that connects directly to the DI-604.

D-link DI-604 192.168.10.1

Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H 192.168.1.1

My problem is that I am getting slow speed in bitorrents I have open the proper ports ins both routers but still is too slow 200kb/s

This most likely is some conflict and have most everything by default dhcp server and firewall active in both routers

any thoughts?

Is the modem a 'modem/router combo' unit? If so, then yes, you are most likely double nat'n amongst other things. For this, Sounds like you need to set it up to be a WAP.

is possible to use the WAN Traffic Counter with to count the traffic into another port?

My setup:

modem - D-link di-604(router) - Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H (wireless access point)

the connection between routers is wired, the cable in ag300h is in wan port

i want to use the WAN Traffic Counter to count the traffic that enter the router

DI-604 is not modem at all. It is very-very old and weak router with maximum of ... about 8 connections. It can not to work with P2P and normal speeds.

OK, it's not important for your case. Your problem is DI-604. Simple throw it out. I know this box for ... about 8 years. It not suitable to work in present time. "Time to say goodbye" (c) Wink
