HI everyone
I bought a R7800 last week and update to DD-WRT immediately.
My smartphone can see R7800 when Wireless-5G is VHT160(80+80mhz).
(smartphone:Sony Xperia XZ)
But when R7800 Wireless-5G is VHT160(160mhz) my phone can't see it in Wi-Fi list.
I try channel 36 and 64 with any extension channel.
All can't see in Wi-Fi list.
Is it normally?
Or my R7800 need to send repair?
I try to search in google but no any information.
Hope can get some answers here.
Thank your watching.
(Sony Xperia XZ is my only device can use Wireless-5G)

80+80 is quite too much and not many clients support it, at
all...try 40+40 instead, also some client need to have static IP to be shown in the GUI...
if it needs repairs try hammer first, well that's a good joke.... _________________ Atheros

with any extension channel? no wonder.. it needs to be properly set or all sorts of issues happen, i have no vht160 devices, but they all see and connect at their highest supported rate fine
and dont be using any X-Only rates, theyre implmented wrong & also cause issues, use mixed, ng-mixed, ac/n-mixed _________________ LATEST FIRMWARE(S)
