Try to do a 30-30-30 reset and do all settings anew - by hand.
Don't use a backup.
I had the same problem with different software versions.
For now, v17201 runs stable since a couple of days.
Another tip is to reduce the TCP timeout from 3600s to 1800s.
You can find this setting under administration.
