Hi. First, I read the wiki, I follow the wiki, but I can't use Qos. When I set 85% and 90%, I can't surf the internet, I can't access the router anymore, via lan or wireless...
I need only to assure 5% upload bandwidth and 5% download bandwidth to one service (port xxxxx).
How can I do it?

The version is in the sig presumably up to date. However, neither of you mention any of your actual settings.

8MB ram routers easily run out of ram and QoS is one of the causes. This doesn't apply to the OP's 54GL but you should see this wiki page rvp.
