Hi I'm going to be getting one of these soon and want to put DD on it.

it looks like the wireless chipset is a Atheros AR 2413A-001 it's supposed to have a dual core processor and a LOT of memory

has anyone in here put this firmware on the Actiontec rev-E ?

I do not care if the MOCA does not work as I sit a second router behind the edge router with DD-WRT on it Very Happy

Here's some info about the Westell 9100EM I just got.

Processor is Infineon PXB 4000-E. Appears to be some kind of MIPS-based processor... is there a dd-wrt variant for that platform?

There are 2 Entropic EN2210-BG2 coax controllers.
There are 2 Marvell 88E6065-LAJ1 ethernet switches.

Wireless is unlabeled but a bit of sleuthing reveals that it is AR5BMB5 PA3458U-1MPC, appears to be Atheros AR5005GS. (I put this wireless mini-PCI card into an Actiontec MI424WR rev A and it *is* recognized by dd-wrt.)

The flash chip is labeled "Spansion S29Gl128P9QTFCR2 904fb047s". The print is tiny on that and I don't have a magnifying glass handy, so I'm not sure how accurate that is.

there's a possibility in Open-WRT they have a file for Infeneon MIPs as I recall, but I have not begun to even try until I buy a jtag cable and learn that part first. here's a few links about Infineon , but not sure if the same

https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=65899

https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=15934

https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=94165

http://wiki.openwrt.org/oldwiki/openwrtdocs/hardware/infineon/amazon

http://www.mail-archive.com/openwrt-devel@lists.openwrt.org/msg01497.html

I'm hoping at one point one of these can be modified to boot, but first comes the jtag , then making a red boot then compiling something to run

on a good note I got to do my first compilation of DD-wrt and Open-wrt on my suse system yeepeeee

have no idea if it works ;)

but hey no errors Wink

The CPU is 2x333MHz MIPS 24KEc.

Isn't that the same CPU as in a Buffalo WHR-G300N? That one is supported by dd-wrt in some form, no?
