I have a WRT54G v8 for sale. They have had there ram chips removed and I installed 32MB Ram chips instead. With the increaded ram, I never had these things lock up on me.
I have another WRT54G that I do know know the version number. It is not in it's correct shell, but I'd say either a v2 or v3 and it has non-detachable antennas on it. I can provide pictures of the board if it is requested.

Two people PMed me about the unknown version. Highest offer is $25 plus shipping.
I do have another WRT54G v8 with 32MB RAM installed and DD-WRT micro. The thing is I don't have any 12VDC power adapters for it.
