I've been cleaning up a few broken links and such, and adding a few "ostentatious" things like making important text that easily gets overlooked bold. Going to do pictures next. Many of the pages are so old, I don't even know where to start. _________________ Optware, the Right Way

I'm glad to see people putting focus on improving community resources. Maybe we should have a weekly wiki improvement project with a different goal each week.
I would like to draw attention to the #dd-wrt IRC channel on freenode. I am there nearly every day answering questions. Currently there are no channel operators. Normally we do not require moderation but occasionally it would be nice to update the topic since it has not been changed since 2007.
Since I've been eyeing the DIR-330, I updated the DIR-330 install page to reflect a newer non SP1 build. http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Dir-330 _________________

Many of the pages are so old, I don't even know where to start.
Well, one way to go about it could be to update on pages where you use, test and implement whatever the pages are talking about. Seems to me to be a good way to make sure that essential information and valuable real-life-experience gets saved, for others to use and base choices on later.
Might also be a good idea if we would decide to only leave information about the principles for stuff that relates to versions before v24. Ie. I find it interresting to see how jffs can be activated in scripts, how one can insmod xxx.o modules and stuff like that, but I no longer feel a need to know about the differences between v23 rc3 and rc5 or something like that.
Many routers require TFTP for flashing. Instead of repeating the same process over and over on the Installation page, it might be better to just link to the http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/TFTP_flash page. It seems to be fairly well written.
On the router specific pages, we could link to the TFTP_flash page and point out any steps that might be different for that particular router. (different IP)
While not an install article, I have revised the wiki client mode instructions. The format I used was to add the new information above the old, and leave the old intact for now. In a month or so, if there is no need for the old, I will look at deleting the redundant parts.
For those of you who feel the wiki instructions are not correct, but are reluctant to change them, this process would work well....add the info you feel is better above the old leaving the old intact.
You can see what I did here in the "new info" section:

I have also done the wrt300N v.1. and v.1.1 instructions. Linked trailed build is now 12874.

I have added some jtag information and changed the heading so that it is now under "jtag" instead of category:jtag. Couldn't figure out how to do it before.
I have also de-stickied this post, and linked it in note 5 of the peacock announcement, along with instructions not to delete from the wiki if you don't know what you are doing. _________________ SIG:

I have added wrt160N to the wrt150n material that was there, creating a new page for wrt150N and wrt160n.
There was previously no linked page for the 160N and no wiki install that I could see.
The process for flashing these two routers is identical.
