Got the ACEEX NR22/Y router with firmware 3.3.0.0 (Sep 22 2009). I have problems loading the DD-WRT image for initial flashing via web interface. Error message:
Not a valid firmware. *** Warning: "/var/cgibLakw8" has corrupted data!
I tried reseting the router to defaults before loading the image - without success. Tried TFTP flashing - same story.
Unfortunately there is no older firmware on aceex support page. There was no option to save the old firmware before flashing the new one also.
If someone have it - pls PM.

Could you pls advise details how you did it.
1.Make sure NR22/Y connected to internet.
2.Login to NR22/Y by telnet.
3.Run "ddwrt.sh" then NR22/Y will automatically download and upgrade DD-WRT image.
finally made it by following the last advise. probably got lucky not to brick the router since after executing ddwrt.sh it gave me the warning message: "/var/firmware" has corrupted data ,but afterthat everything went Ok.
There is an instruction for original firmware reloading from DD-WRT image.
1.Make sure NR22/Y connected to internet.
2.Login NR22/Y by telnet.
3.Type command set "wget -O /var/firmware ftp://autoupgrade.serveftp.com/NR22/root_uImage" to download firmware from Aceex.
4.Type command set "mtd write /var/firmware linux" to flash image.
5.Reboot NR22/Y if there is not any problem during above operation.

When I try this, nothing happens, this is my telnet:
